Merry Christmas!
In a recent announcement I introduced the paid subscriber level for Study The Great Books. As promised in that announcement, I am going to start offering live online book studies, classical education training, and much more. To honor the season, I will be kicking things off with our first ever, live online, 2-part event.
Mark your calendars for December 13th and 22nd and sign up for the live online hangouts as we will be discussing Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol! This great book is an absolutely indispensable work of literature and has become inseparable from our thoughts about Christmas. It is going to be an absolute blast discussing all of its twists, turns, and connections with you! I can’t wait!
You may use any edition of the book, but for the easiest use of the above linked Study Guide, and so we can most easily refer to the book by page number, I am using THIS EDITION if you would like to pick up a copy (it’s very inexpensive).
On December 13th from 5-6:30 pm (MST) we will discuss Staves 1 & 2.
On December 22nd from 5-6:30 pm (MST) we will discuss Staves 3-5.
This special event is only for paid subscribers so why not join now? I’ll even sweeten the deal with a special, limited time, Christmas Offer. Subscribe, or upgrade to a paid subscription, between now and the end of December and you can save 20% for the next 12 months!
Once you have subscribed you’ll need to register for this event by clicking on THIS LINK and filling out the Google form. Once you have signed up I will follow up in the near future, by email, with more information about how our discussion will function and provide you with the meeting link.
I am incredibly grateful to you for your support and I hope you are as excited as I am to start doing events like this one. Please consider helping me out by actively sharing this post on your social media accounts.
“God bless us, everyone!”
