Well, this is a really cool exercise. Although my 8yo it's a bit too young to learn about murder, I think I'll try to come up with an appropriate crime.

The book I got this from has other crimes in it too. Diamond theft, kidnapping, etc. but most of them are murders.
Ha, yeah, I do this exercise with students who are about 14-15. It’s great for pre-mock trial work.
