This is fine work, sir. So have a similar treatment of Jonah? I find it as equally compelling as Ruth. Entirely different themes of course.

Thank you! I would love to do one of these for Jonah. Stick around long enough and it’s bound to happen.

Content Strategy idea for you, and maybe this is for subscribers only. You should package something like this as a Sudoku or Crossword puzzle.

For one, I think it would be a great cultural mechanism to re-introduce humility into learning. Substackers are proud and they wont engage with things for fear of undermining their 'brand" or their "standing". A "game" or "puzzle" is safe cause it's just flexing muscle

Secondly, I think it would give you the ability to teach micro-lessons throughout the year. You could choose educational themes, pair them with brief texts or analyses of texts and not only teach on a theme but help others cultivate second order analytical skills.

It reinforce the value of the STGB brand while giving you a ridiculous pool of content to share and respond to.

Great to read this. My great-grandfather wrote a book on this very subject:

If you really want to get your hands on a copy and can't find it, DM me. I might know where a few copies are still hiding... ;-)
