In a nutshell, Baptism and the Lord’s Supper / Eucharist are both directly instituted by Christ in the Gospels as means of grace whereas the other five are not (at least in the same way). I’m not prepared to give a full defense on the fly. 😁 I’m not be hostile about it, just a traditional difference between Protestant and Roman Catholics.

Q. 85. What doth God require of us that we may escape his wrath and curse due to us for sin?

A. To escape the wrath and curse of God due to us for sin, God requireth of us faith in Jesus Christ, repentance unto life, with the diligent use of all the outward means whereby Christ communicateth to us the benefits of redemption.

Thank God He is both our Lawgiver and Saviour, Judge and Advocate!!! 🙌
