I might have to add this one to my list to purchase down the road! I'm afraid I only learned of the Didache's existence a few years ago, but it was a fascinating read, and very helpful to essentially see some of the condensed teachings of the early Church. I wish more churches in general taught about some of the writings of the early Church!
Yeah, I've actually brought that up with folks! Like, even if you somehow try to handwave away all the Biblical verses talking about the importance of life, of children, warning against murder, etc. because it doesn't explicitly use the word "abortion", the very 1st of Christians were writing explicitly against it. This isn't a new thing that the Church is against, and our culture is not the first culture to be on the wrong side of history with this issue

It's great. One of the things of interest is its explicit stance against abortion.
